Job Opening: Lean Project Manager, Pittsfield MAUnistress Corporation, located in Western MA, designs, engineers, and builds precast structures at universities, airports, hospitals, and shopping centers throughout the northeast. We are looking for a Lean Project Manager(s) to work with our design, manufacturing, and project management teams to continuously improve processes using principles of Lean. An engineering or other technical degree with 3 years experience and at least 1 year in a Lean role required. Precast Concrete, Manufacturing or Engineer-to-Order industry experience, and Certified Green or Black Belt preferred but not required.
