Job Opening: Quality Manager/Continuous Improvement Manager, Northbridge, MARiverdale Mills is looking for a Quality Manager/Continuous Improvement Manager who will be responsible for driving Continuous Improvement, creating a living culture that challenges the status quo and behaviors of all plant employees. Requirements Review plant production equipment environment (e.g., technology, systems, quality, cost, efficiencies, yield) in order to recommend process improvements. Document current state processes and business systems and compare to benchmarking data and/or best practices in order to identify performance gaps. Monitor and report on the health of the Quality and Business systems via Key Measurement Data as provided through the effectiveness of Corrective/Preventative Action Reports, Internal and External complaint trends, and the results of Audits of all System Elements. Provide direction, leadership and coaching to all employees in order to keep the CI initiative alive and functioning within all aspects of Administrative, Management, Support, Manufacturing, Shipping, and After-sale services. Implement, evaluate and maintain effective application of The Quality System in order to ensure product quality meets or surpasses the customer's expectations. Make recommendations to management about how to resolve barriers and obstacles in order to constantly improve end results to both internal and external customers.
